What Does this urine And Blood Test Result Mean?

Hi.. I am 26 years old BOY and i want to share my blood and urine test report.. Total wbc: 11650/CU.MM and from urine PH: Acidic Pus cells 0-2/hpf Epithelial cells 1-2/hpf.. I have a recurring lower stomach pain and back pain...I am also having loose stool 2-3 times daily... is there chances of uti or appendicities.. and is there any thing to worry for high count of wbc as the reference range is 4000-11000.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your CBC test result you have White blood cell count of 11650 which is higher than normal & is indicative of slight infection in you.
Your urine report is however normal. Pus cells 0-2/hpf & Epithelial cells 1-2/hpf are normal to be found in urine sample. So they are insignificant & doesn't indicate UTI or urinary tract infection in you.
Altogethar you should be suffering from food poisoning, dysentery or some intestinal infection according to your symptoms of loose stool 2-3 times daily & recurring lower stomach pain and back pain. However there is nothing much to worry. Keep yourself hydrated. Appendicitis normally cause acute intolerable pain & therefore should not be the cause of such problem.
